No. 516306891 and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “The Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops, publishes and operates ANYVET Mobile Application as well as its use with any other media form, media channel, mobile website, website-related integration or platform, media linked, or any other application in connection to or otherwise connected to the Mobile Application (collectively known thitherto as, the “ Software Application” and/or the “Services“).

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to making our practices regarding your data more transparent and fairer. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and share your personal data, and it applies whenever you visit our Software Application by any mean.

We strongly urge you to read this Privacy Policy and make sure that you fully understand and agree to it. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please discontinue and avoid using our Services. You have the right to cease using our Services, pursuant to this Privacy Policy at any time.

The following privacy policy is an integral part of the Software Application terms & conditions

  • PRIVACY POLICY:

      1. In order to provide you service, we may use your personal data, such as, inter alia, information about your use of the Software Application, and information about your mobile device or computer (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information may be collected and used to:
        1. provide services to you and improve the Software Application and/or the services;
        2. ensure proper performance of the Software Application;

        4. improve our customer service;
        5. contact you or provide you with relevant data with regard to the Software Application or the services.

      2. The data you provided as well as the data collected about you as specified in this privacy policy will be stored in the company’s database, numbered ____________ (“The Database“) and under its responsibility. According to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (“Privacy Protection Law“). 
      3. In order to improve information security and prevent unauthorized access to your account, the password you use to access the Software Application should not be disclosed or shared with any third party, and should be changed frequently. Every time you finish using the Software Application, it is recommended to disconnect from the Software Application, so that no unauthorized party can use the Software Application on your behalf.
      4. We retain your Personal Data in order to maintain our relationship and to provide you with our Services. We will retain your Personal Data for only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. we will retain your Personal Data for as long as you remain our user and have not notified us otherwise. We will take reasonable measures to delete your Personal Data if you delete your account. We may also retain your Personal Data for legal and accounting purposes (as required by laws applicable to record and bookkeeping, and in order to have proof and evidence concerning our relationship, should any legal issues arise following your discontinuance of use).
      5. The information that the company collects is saved in The Database. We store information on various websites and servers in Europe, including websites based on cloud technology.
